Perfect for those who are unable to get up and down off the floor comfortably or anyone who likes a gentle yoga class. Students perform postures and breathing exercises along with meditation using the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga, including increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.

Evening Meditation~Mantra & Malas
This evening will be led by Amy Appel, an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher and meditation guide. She will demonstrate simple tools to develop our concentration and focus so we can be more “present” in our lives and the world around us. There will be a brief overview of the use of mantra and malas, some light physical movement and plenty of time for meditation and discussion.
