LIVE VIRTUAL: Chair Yoga (St Andrew's CC Members Only)

A yoga practice using a chair for seated poses, and as a balance point for standing poses. Perfect for those who are unable to get up and down off the floor comfortably or anyone who likes a gentle yoga class. Students perform postures and breathing exercises along with meditation using the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga, including increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.

Registration not required. Virtual class access will be emailed directly from St Andrews Country Club. Contact the fitness center for more details.
